ShipLog stores the minimum data needed to run the product: your GitHub account identity (name, email, avatar), OAuth tokens to read repositories you connect, workspace metadata, and changelog content you create.
We do not sell personal data. Tokens are used only to list repositories and fetch pull requests/commits for changelog generation. We never modify your code or push commits.
Payments are processed by NOWPayments (crypto and card). We store plan and payment status for your workspace, not full card or wallet secrets.
AI drafts may be generated via the SpaceXAI / xAI API using PR titles and descriptions you authorize. Do not connect repositories with secrets in PR bodies if you cannot share that text with a model provider.
Contact the operator of your ShipLog instance to request deletion of your account and associated data.
